L.A.SLEEVE presents the latest Two Stroke Big Bore Kit: the YZ300 Kit for the Yamaha YZ-250! This kit will cover years from 1999 thru 2017.

L.A.SLEEVE has developed a big bore kit that utilizes your stock cylinder and head to increase the cc to 295, the bore by 6mm and the horsepower by 4 H.P!
Just send us your cylinder along with the power valves and cylinder head. Then, L.A.SLEEVE will install a new bore-able Moly 2000 big bore sleeve into your stock cylinder, match the ports, and bore and hone to the new 72mm piston. We will modify and re-chamber the head accept the larger piston.
Finally, we will modify the power valve to radius the clearance for the new piston and re-chamber the cylinder head.
The bolt on kit is also provided with a new top end gasket set and carburetor jets.
Total cost for the kit with installation is $1140.00. Additional charge for shipping and handling.
